Yaelyn – Dog Trainer
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a lifelong passion for animals, I began my professional journey in dog training in 2018. Raised in Miami my love for animals—especially those in need—has shaped both my career and my personal mission. I share my home with two rescue dogs and five rescue cats, and involved in TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs to humanely manage stray and community cat populations.
My approach to dog training blends behavioral science with compassion, helping pet owners build stronger, more positive relationships with their dogs. I focus on practical, effective techniques that support long-term success, with the ultimate goal of keeping pets happy, balanced, and in their forever homes.
In addition to my work with dogs, I bring years of customer service experience that allow me to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients. I believe that training is a team effort—and I’m here to support both ends of the leash.
Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature and taking long walks with my dogs. I live by the quote:
“Saving one animal won’t change the world, but for that one animal, the world will change.”Book
That belief is at the heart of everything I do—whether I’m training a dog, rescuing a cat, or helping an owner build a better bond with their pet
