Emily Warchol

I’m Emily and my biggest passion in life is animals. When I was young, my family always had foster dogs for rescue organizations. I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. I worked as a research technician or assistant relating to sea otters, humpback whales, salmon, and sharks. I later became a Certified Veterinary Technician, which included a veterinary externship at The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito involved in the rescue and rehab of pinnipeds. While in school, I also had experience working with wildlife including squirrels, birds, deer, etc. I worked in small animal practices with dogs and cats as well as the Humane Society. I am currently a licensed claim adjuster working in pet insurance, but I am looking to get back to my passions. I am seeking a full time job working 4 days a week or a part time time position. I am willing to travel or work occasional weekends if the position is part time.
